Explore the FullShop™ Gen 3 Official Roadmap
We’re excited to roll out FullShop™ Gen 3 which makes coolant automation more affordable and easier to install while adding new capabilities.
Pre-orders for Gen 3 coolant automation solutions start mid-November with Concentration By Entry (CBE) mode active. We will activate additional modes through early 2025.
Remember, you can mix and match these modes, creating a flexible coolant monitoring and distribution solution that meets the specific needs of your shop. And, Gen 3 will be a subscription service, so you can choose a plan that aligns with your shop goals and budget.
Here’s a timeline of what to expect:
Mid-November 2024: Pre-order FullShop™ Gen 3 Automation Solution
When our online store goes live, it will include the FullShop™ Gen 3 Automation Solution, supporting CBE mode. This initial release is targeted at shops looking for the latest in coolant autofill and concentration management. Shops looking for a monitoring-only solution will need to wait a few months.
Initial Release: Concentration By Entry (CBE) Mode
CBE is our go-to primary mode solution with proven results. This autofill mode optimizes top-off ratios each time the FullShop™ App receives a user entry for sump concentration. With a few refractometer readings per week, you’ll be dialed in. Industry veterans believe in getting eyes on their coolant occasionally.
Early 2025: Concentration by Sensor (CBS) and PMK modes
New to FullShop™ Gen 3 is the option to use third-party refractometer sensors in your machine sumps. This autofill mode optimizes top-off ratios based on sensor data, with more sensor options becoming available to support this approach.
Also new to Gen 3 is PMK mode, which can help you run a second coolant for testing or in isolated scenarios while reaping the benefits of auto-filling and our FullShop™ App. This mode uses manual adjustment mixers located at a CNC machine.
Mid 2025: SENSE Coolant Monitoring Solution
SENSE offers an automated data collection solution for your sumps. Our FullShop™ Gen 3 hardware and FullShop™ App will track trends and issue notifications about key coolant parameters. Automate the data collection process for level, temperature and concentration while using the app for other key parameters like pH and cleanout events.
