Affordable Coolant Automation

With Gen 3 we’ve focused on making coolant automation more affordable and easier to install while adding new capabilities. Gen 3 builds on years of real-world experience and market feedback. We’ve reengineered our FullShop™ solutions from the ground up with modern software and electronics plus a new fluid architecture to deliver best-in-class value, performance and simplicity. FullShop™ Gen 3 is available through a subscription service for a compelling ROI out of the box

1

Sensor Valve Interface
At Your CNC

Coolant automation starts in the machine sump with monitoring of coolant conditions. The Sensor Valve interface is a small wireless device put at each CNC to control the sump fill valve and continuously monitor coolant level and temperature. These wireless devices communicate continuously with the upstream Digital Feed Unit to autofill your CNC’s. A 4‑20mA input is available for optional third-party concentration sensors.

2

Digital Feed Unit
Intelligent Pumping

The heart of the FullShop™ Gen 3 coolant management system is the Digital Feed Unit. This intelligent device monitors water and pumps coolant at precise flow rates deemed optimal by the FullShop™ App. While filling one machine at time, any top-off ratio from 0.5% to 20% can be sent into your CNC sumps to hit target concentrations that are defined in the FullShop™ App.

3

Deliver and Mix
Per Machine Concentrations

Straight water and coolant outputs from the Digital Feed Unit are plumbed separately in the facility and used with tiny inline mix manifolds near each CNC. The manifolds are used to mix the coolant that is precisely fed from the Digital Feed Unit with water. This approach creates precise and individual top-off coolant for each CNC. This fluid architecture makes system expansion easy, enhances dosing precision and is easy to install for plant personnel.

4

FullShop™ App
Digital Hub for Coolant Management

With Gen 3, the FullShop™ App becomes your digital hub for coolant management. Users define target concentrations and fluid levels for each CNC machine. Key trends the app can alert users to include: tank level, sump concentration, fluid temperature, pH and top-off ratio. The FullShop™ App is built to drive long term predictable coolant results for CNC machine shops.

Modes of Operation
Mix and Match Modes for the Ultimate in Flexibility

Primary Modes

Available Now

CBE

Concentration by Entry

CBE is our go to solution with proven results. This autofill mode optimizes top off ratios each time the FullShop™ App gets a user entry for sump concentration. A few refractometer readings per week and you’re dialed in. Industry veterans believe in getting eyes on their coolant occasionally.

Available Early 2025

CBS

Concentration by Sensor

New to Gen 3 is the option to use third-party refractometer sensors in your CNC sumps. This autofill mode optimizes top off ratios based on sensor data. More options are becoming available, so we feel now is a good time for this.

Other Possibilities

Available Mid 2025

PMK

Poor Man's Kit

If your shop is looking for a low-cost autofill option, the PMK solution will be hard to beat. This mode uses manual adjustment mixers that can be located either at each CNC or centrally. Think of it like carburetion versus fuel injection. We visit shops where the plumbing is already in place for this approach. PMK mode can also help shops run a second coolant for testing or isolated scenarios while having the benefits of auto filling and the FullShop™ App.

Available Mid 2025

SENSE

Coolant Monitoring Solution

Exactly what it sounds like, a sensing solution. SENSE addresses the need for automated data collection solution for your sumps. The FullShop™ hardware and FullShop™ App can track trends and issue notifications about your key coolant parameters. Automate the data collection for level, temperature and concentration while using the FullShop™ App for other key parameters like pH and cleanouts.
