We’re excited to announce we’ve reengineered our FullShop™ solutions from the ground up. We’ve focused on making coolant automation more affordable and easier to install, while adding new capabilities. Gen 3 builds on years of real-world experience and market feedback.

FullShop™ Gen 3 uses modern software and electronics plus a new fluid architecture to deliver best-in-class value, performance and simplicity.

Here are the high-level concepts:

• Sensor Valve Interface: Small wireless devices at each CNC continuously monitor coolant. These devices call for top off coolant from the upstream Digital Feed Unit.
• Digital Feed Unit: This intelligent device monitors water and pumps coolant at precise flow rates. Ultimately, any fluid ratio from 0.5% to 20% can be sent into your CNC sumps — fully optimized to the needs of individual machining processes.
• Fluid Delivery: Two main plumbing lines are installed in the plant, one for water and one for coolant. Tiny inline manifolds are used near each CNC to mix coolant and the water into an emulsion for delivery into the sump.
• FullShop™ App: Our software defines target tank levels and concentrations for each CNC machine. The FullShop™ App becomes your hub for coolant trends, notifications and much more.

Once released, FullShop™ Gen 3 will be available as a subscription service, offering a compelling return on investment (ROI) right out of the box.
