New FullShop™ Model is Optimized for the World’s Most Common Shop Sizes
Since delivering our FullShop™ Automated Coolant Management System, we’ve seen many machine shops take their productivity to the next level. By delivering optimized top-off coolant ratios to CNC machines, our flagship FS120 system has helped larger machine shops boost their profitability, reduce labor and increase their machine hours.
Building on this momentum, we’re excited to announce we’re expanding our FullShop™ product line to accommodate the most common shop sizes. Our new model, the FS40, is optimized for the most common sizes and enables these CNC shops to unlock the same benefits at a lower price point. Due to its modularity, a single FS40 system can automate a few CNC machines or expand to accommodate up to 40 CNC machines.
About the FS40 Series
Like our flagship FS120 system, the new FS40 series monitors all of your CNC sumps and replenishes them with optimized top-off ratios. This turnkey system is easy to install and consists of a centralized pumping station, controller, distribution manifolds and level sensor that drops into the machine tool sump. Compared to the FS120, which has a footprint of 50 by 60 inches, the new FS40 is even more compact — 30 by 30 inches — and can handle up to 40 CNC machines.

- Per CNC concentration control: top-off at 0.5 to 20 percent

Like the FS120 system, our FS40 enables unattended CNC operation, bringing “lights-out” capabilities to machine shops with smaller operations. Now, instead of operating one or two shifts a day with a shop full of operators, these shops can run high-volume jobs unattended overnight, keeping the spindles spinning 24/7 and unlocking greater productivity.
